The largest dinosaur footprint ever was just discovered in northwest Australia. The giant track measures 5 feet 9 inches in length. Scientists from the University of Queensland say it’s from a sauropod, a long-necked plant-eater. This was one of 21 different kinds of dinosaur tracks found on a 15-mile stretch of coastline on the country’s Dampier Peninsula. There has never been this level of dino-diversity found anywhere in the world. The area has been appropriately nicknamed Australia’s Jurassic Park.
