Hi Guys!
My name's Hameed and I'm 19 years old. I'm currently in college studying Biology and minoring in exercise Science. I've always had a passion for fitness since the age of 13 when I first started working out. and although fitness and bodybuilding are my hobbies, I want to take it more seriously and start training in a serious manner. I'm going to try to post 3-5 times a week and share workout/diet tips which has helped me get to the point I'm at. I'm 6'0", 190 pounds and my goal weight is 225 pounds at 11% body fat. I've got a long way to go and I want you all to join me on my journey!
