A spectacular scene of a sea of clouds was formed Friday above Lushan Mountain in Jiujiang City of east China's Jiangxi Province.

Geography, topography and climate combine to provide Lushan Mountain with more than 190 days out of a year of scenes of various seas of clouds. All the trudge you have to take is an easy climb to some 1,500 meters above sea level to get the views.

Spring is the best of all time to come to Lushan Mountain to enjoy the scenes of sea of clouds, as it is the rainy season of the year. Rising moisture bounces between the cold-to-freeze foot of the mountain and the warm-to-hot mountain top, to form the constantly changing seas of clouds. The morphing clouds have offered inspiration to generations of Chinese thinkers and literary men and women.
