Martyr constable Shamsuddin's Wreath laying ceremony held in Nowhatta. Jammu and Kashmir Police constable Shamsuddin, who lost his life in Nowhatta said a final goodbye to the world. This ceremony was held in Srinagar. At least 10 other security officers were also injured during the mishap on Sunday evening in Jammu and Kashmir’s Nowhatta town.
