Senior BJP leader and Rajya Sabha MP, Subramanian Swamy made submission for early hearing in Babri Majid case which the apex court denied. The Bench while hearing the submission said that it did not have the time right now to hear the matter. The Bench also refused to fix a date for the hearing.
