Dubbed beg-packers, they’ve been sighted on the streets of Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Hong Kong and all across the East. According to reports, these down-and-out nomads play music, sell art, wares or just sit and beg — all to fund their globe-trekking.
But some reckon these jet-setting drifters are hampering the local homeless, you know, those who are really in need.
