Finance Minister O. Panneerselvam has taken over the portfolios of ailing Tamil Nadu cm jayalalithaa. A release from the Raj Bhavan said Ms. Jayalalithaa would continue to be the Chief Minister. Jayalalithaa has been hospitalized since September 22 after she complained of fever and dehydration.
