Supreme Court has ordered Karnataka to release 6000 cusecs of water daily from tomorrow till Sept 27 to Tamil Nadu. It also directs Centre to constitute Cauvery Management Board in four weeks. Security was beefed up in both the states before Supreme Court was to hear the pleas by both Karnataka and Tamil Nadu on the Cauvery water dispute today.
