The incident happened when Govind Narayan, a passenger on the Barmer-Kalka Express on Saturday, caught the TTE of the train allotting seats after collecting money without issuing a receipt for it. When he saw him collectively collecting Rs. 15 from passengers in exchange of seat allotment without a receipt, he asked for the receipt, and the TTE denied saying it’s a long journey and he shall give him the receipt on the way.
