On Oct 1, 2014 – Chinese National Day – Hong Kong pro-democracy protestors remained non-violent on their fourth day of assembling, despite many jeers at a Chinese flag-raising ceremony. In the evening, the Admiralty neighborhood was turned into a sea of lights as protestors held up their mobile phones in defiance.
