A car bomb blast reportedly took place at the Brussels Institute of Criminology in the north of Brussels. However, the building was empty and no one was wounded. According to reports, a car rammed through the barriers of the police building at about 3 am local time and one or more attackers exploded a bomb near the laboratories which caught fire.
