When the Los Angeles animal rescue team SMART received a call about three orphaned kittens they were quick to the scene. Trapped in the crawl space of an apartment building, the kittens could be heard crying for help. Team members Armando and Ernesto brought them to safety and they will be fostered by the Best Friends Animal Society until they come of age.
