Hundreds of dog lovers attended the Ugly Dog Contest which raised money for local animal shelters in Del Mar California. Victoria, the reigning champ for the previous three years, was presented a special Ugly Dog Hall of Fame award. Chomper, a runny-nosed drooling mutt with a two-tone flailing tongue, won title honors for 2009.
