In a latest debacle, Congress leader Digvijay Singh referred Kashmir as 'India-Occupied-Kashmir'. He later clarified he meant to say Pakistan-Occupied Kashmir.

This is not the first time that Digvijay has put country to shame, he had famously referred to terrorists Osama bin Laden as "Osamaji" and Hafiz Saeed as ''saheb".
