Manipuri human rights activist Irom Sharmila will finally break her fast after long 16 years on 9th August. She was protesting against alleged army atrocities in Manipur and against controversial Armed Forces (Special Powers) Act known as AFSPA. As per the reports, she has now decided to contest elections to solve the matter.
