The UP STF has arrested the alleged mastermind behind the murder of NIA officer Tanzil Ahmed. Muneer has been arrested and the questioning is underway. Earlier, Uttar Pradesh Police had claimed to have solved the case by arresting two persons and contended that domestic dispute was the motive behind the crime.
