Two morning walkers, including an elderly man, were killed and another critically injured, when a speeding car hit them on Monday morning. The accused is a 21 yr old boy Rishabh and was returning home after attending a late night party at his friend’s home in Hari Nagar. The victims have been identified as Ashwani Anand, 67, resident of Janakpuri, and Kameshwar Prasad, 40, resident of Sagarpur in West Delhi. The injured person, Santosh, 40, is also a Janakpuri resident. Watch CCTV footage.
