Hemant Patil, a Shiv Sena MLA from Nanded constituency of Maharashtra held up a train just because he didn't get seat of his choice in it. Patil got angry after he found that Railway allotted him a 'side' seat. Patil was travelling in Devgiri Express along with an aide. Both were alloted 'side' seats 35 and 36 in the 2nd AC coach of the train.
