French Prime Minister Manuel Valls warns that France could face chemical or biological attack from terror groups. he has said that Terrorists could use chemical weapons and so he has urged extension of France's state of emergency. On 13th November 2015, a series of attacks occurred in Paris, a capital of France killing 129 people.
