Jammu and Kashmir Independent MLA Engineer Rashid, who was recently thrashed for holding a beef party in Srinagar, was attacked with black ink in New Delhi on Monday. A group named Hindu Sena claimed responsibility for the attack Rashid. Two people from the fringe group were detained after the incident.
