Television actor Gajendra Chauhan, will remain as chairperson of the FTII, and to placate protesting students, the government is planning to install a co-chairperson of the institute.The agitating students called off their 18-day-old hunger strike on September 27 after the ministry agreed to hold talks on Tuesday to resolve the issue.
