A student of IIT Madras has committed suicide after failing to clear the Graduate Aptitude Test popularly known as GATE. He was found hanging in his hostel room late on Monday night. Nagendra Kumar Reddy who was pursuing a master’s degree at the institute was depressed after failing the exam to study abroad.
