Ingredients:-

4 slices toasted French loaf bread
1/2 cup grated Processed cheese
1/2 cup grated Mozzarella cheese
2 tbsp Butter
2 tsp Chopped Green Chilli
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tsp White/Black Pepper
2 cloves Crushed Garlic to brush on bread
Chilli flakes to sprinkle
Salt to taste

Method:-
1. Toast the bread slightly to make it crispier.
2. Pre-heat the oven at 150°C for 5 minutes.
3. In a bowl take grated processed cheese, mozzarella cheese, green chilli, white pepper and salt to taste. Mix all the ingredients well.
4. Add a tablespoon of olive oil and mix well.
5. Take the toasted bread & rub crushed garlic and apply butter on top.
6. Now evenly spread the cheese mixture on top of the bread.
7. Place all the bread in aluminum foil lined baking tray and bake for about 5 minutes at 180°C.
8. Also sprinkle some Chilli flakes.
9. Enjoy the Chilli cheese toast with ketchup.
