The Federal Communications Commission is launching an investigation into comedian Stephen Colbert over a joke he made about President Trump. During an opener on "The Late Show with Stephen Colbert," he blasted Trump by referencing a sexual act. The agency's chairman Ajit Pai said they received several complaints about the monologue, which some viewers deemed as homophobic. "We'll follow the standard operating procedures, as we always do, and make sure we evaluate what the facts are and apply the law fairly and fully," CBS could face fines if the FCC decides that Colbert's joke was indecent.
