Ingredients:-
1 cup semolina or rawa
1½ tbsp wheat flour
Aerated water
A pinch of salt
Oil for deep frying
Method:-
In a bowl mix, semolina, wheat flour and salt.
Add aerated water to this mixture and knead a dough. Keep aside for 10 minutes covered in a damp cloth.
Take a small portion of the dough and make round balls and flatten them with your palm.
Grease the rolling platform with oil and roll the puris with a rolling pin.
Heat oil and deep fry the puris until they puff up and are golden brown in colour.
Pani Puri Puri is ready to eat!
