P90X Workout Program Results - Day 6

http://www.FatLossBlogger.com - I completed day 6 of the P90X fitness program today. Today's workout DVD was Kenpo X and overall I did pretty well with it. I did wake up with some soreness in my hamstrings so I didn't push myself as hard as I could have today with the Kenpo routine.

I wasn't able to follow the nutrition plan to the letter today because I was out for half of the day on a family cookout. I did my best however and still ate pretty healthy today. I'll definitely be back on track with the P90X diet tomorrow.

Other than my sore hamstrings, I'm actually feeling great and am looking forward to week 2!
