Zach Bruce captured footage of people rushing to escape Victoria Station after a deadly explosion rocked the nearby Manchester Arena on Monday evening.

Greater Manchester Police confirmed at least 19 deaths and around 50 injuries in what they are treating as a “terrorist incident.” The blast occurred at the end of an Ariana Grande concert.

Victoria Station is part of the same complex as the Manchester Arena.
