At least 103 people have died in the city of the Philippino city of Marawi after ISIS launched bloody siege less than a week ago. President Rodrigo Duterte has declared 60 days of martial law over the entire island. Nearly 2,000 people still remain trapped in southern Philippines where ISIS-linked militants continue to fight. It is reported that at least 27 civilians have been killed in Marawi since ISIS raided the city on Tuesday.
