Bangladesh beat New Zealand by 5 wickets to knock them out of the Champions Trophy and their spot in the semis was booked after England knocked Australia out. After snatching victory from the jaws of the defeat against the mighty Kiwis, the Bangladesh team sang a Bengali song “Amra korbo joy..” (Hum honge kamiyab) to motivate themselves. A video shared on social media by Bangladesh seamer Taskin Ahmed shows the players singing the Bengali version of “We Shall Overcome.” After completing the song former captain Mushifqur Rahim then cheers the key performers for taking them to the semis.
