The MLS Disciplinary Committee has found Montreal Impact defender Laurent Ciman in violation of League policy regarding hands to the face, head or neck of an opponent. Ciman has been fined an undisclosed amount for his actions in the 90th minute of Montreal's match against Orlando City SC on June 17.
