A man from West Bengal who used to fake as a Vice-Chancellor talked about having permissions to start Bio medical, Para medical, Bio chemical, Nursing colleges and promised free Engineering & Medical seats has been arrested in Bangalore. He had even appointed a retired IAS officer who was not aware of this fraud.
