One of Peter Vandever's seemingly countless false claims is that he had attended Oral Roberts University (ORU). One day we caught him soliciting for "donations" in the ORU Alumni group on Facebook. He was claiming he needed funds for missionary work. Peter was never a missionary, he has never attended ORU, nor has he ever had any formal education beyond high school. When asked for any sort of proof of attendance at ORU by the group administrator, Peter provided nothing. Instead, he resorted to his usual ploy of trying to cloak himself in the bible and play the victim, pretending that others were just out to get him. Peter was subsequently removed from the group.

Peter Vandever is an American citizen on the run from St. Joseph, Missouri who is currently living illegally in the Philippines. His entire life is a fog of deception about issues too numerous to count. Everyone is urged to practice a high degree of caution in any sort of encounter with Peter, and if possible, avoid any interactions with him completely and contact the Philippine National Police. Peter is in violation with the Philippine Bureau of Immigration and law enforcement both in the Philippines and in the United States.
