Civilians who witnessed a police helicopter which fired shots and dropped grenades on the Supreme Court in Caracas, Venezuela recall the incident to reporters.

The helicopter was believed to hace been piloted by rogue police officer Oscar Perez who vowed in an online video several days ago to rid the country of what he calls a "criminal government".
