A shocking incident was recorded In the CCTV camera of a shop in the market area of a district in Moradabad. A man was in the market shopping with his wife when three goons caught hold of him and started assaulting him with knife in open in broad daylight. They assaulted him in front of his wife and severely wounded him. The people around stood like statues watching the person being attcked and bleed.
