Ahead of the special midnight session for the launch of India's biggest tax reform Goods and Services Tax (GST), the Parliament building has reportedly been lit up with 22,000 bulbs for the occasion. The President Pranab Mukherjee will hit a bell marking the nationwide launch of the new tax scheme.
