Ten days after 17-year-old Junaid Khan was stabbed to death on board a train near Ballabhgarh in Faridabad district of Haryana, the Government Railway Police on Monday announced a reward of Rs 2 lakh to anyone providing information about the identity of the accused. Even after making five arrests, including a Delhi government employee, the police have not been able to zero in on the accused.
