Ingredients:-
500ml stock (4 pieces of Chicken thigh boiled for 30 minutes with Bay Leaves and Peppercorns)
1½ tbsp. Ghee
1 Tbsp. Garlic, chopped
1 Tsp. Cumin Seeds
1½ tbsp. All Purpose Flour
1 Tbsp. Butter
Salt and pepper to taste
1 Tsp. Garam Masala
Cream (optional)


Method:-
- Let the chicken pieces cool down and shred them.
- In a saucepan heat ghee and add cumin seeds, garlic and flour. Cook until the flour changes its colour.
- Pour some part of the stock, followed by the chicken and let it thicken.
- Now add, salt, pepper and stir.
- Add the remaining stock as per the preferred consistency and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Sprinkle the garam masala on the top.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot!


TIP:-
- If any vegetables or sweet corn is to be added, do it after adding the first batch of the chicken stock.
