The House of Representatives passed a massive $778 billion new spending bill today. The bill, which passed 235-192, gives the Pentagon an incredibly large new budget as well as a $1.6 billion down payment for President Trump's border wall. Though it will likely face tough opposition in the Senate, the bill is a benchmark for the President and his administration's plans. "Every single dime the President requested to start building a wall on our southern border he's going to get," said House Majority Leader Kevin McCarthy, R-Calif.
