INGREDIENTS
2 chicken breast fillets
Salt
Freshly ground black pepper
2 slices ham
3 1/2 ounces mozzarella cheese
Flour, for breading
3 eggs
Breadcrumbs, for breading
Oil, for frying
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Open the chicken fillets so they are very thin.
2. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Fill with ham and cheese and close.
4. Coat in flour, then in egg and breadcrumbs.
5. Fry in hot oil.
