P90X Weight Loss Program - Day 30

http://www.FatLossBlogger.com - Today was day 30 of P90X and the workout today was plyometrics. Plyo definitely has my number, as do all of the leg workouts, and I was really challenged today. By the time the workout was over, my legs were pretty toasty.

My diet is still on track, nothing new to report in that department.
