Saudia Arabia is reopening its border to Qatar in order to allow Muslim pilgrims attend Hajj in Mecca. The announcement marks the first time since Saudi contacted Qatar after cutting off all ties with the country. In June, Saudi and three other nations accused Qatar of funding terrorism.
