Witness describes panic on Barcelona's Las Ramblas as police close area

A witness spoke of panic in the crowds on Barcelona's main avenue on Thursday (August 17) as police ordered people inside amid reports of a terror attack. At least 13 people were killed and 32 injured after a van plowed into crowds on Las Ramblas.
