The stabbing in Turku, Finland, killing two people and wounded eight was a terror attack. The suspected attacker is an 18-year-old Moroccan citizen. He was shot in the leg by police three minutes after the attack began and taking into custody. Police believe the attack was terror-related after receiving additional information. Five other people were arrested in connection to the attack.
