Ingredients:-
3 ripe bananas, mashed
1½ cup sugar
2 cups Semolina
1 tsp. Green cardamom powder
2 tbsp. Sesame seeds
Ghee for frying
Method:-
1. Heat the ghee for frying.
2. Mix all the ingredients together making sure to mash the bananas well.
3. Make small balls and fry them on a medium flame until golden brown and crisp.
