Bayan Secretary General Renato Reyes Jr., said he hopes President Rodrigo Duterte is true in his promises of change. He said the Sona rally they are staging is a very historic march. He said since 1992, he's been attending Sona rallies and it's his first time to reach beyond than the area allotted to protesters.
