I went to city hall to pick up an open records request form and was arrested for not having and using an ID.

This was my phone call to complain about the problem of not being the owner of an ID but having a need to access the city secretary for information.

The main problem I have is the fact their procedures, that they enforced on me as law, prevent access for a man that does not perform commercially.

ID are commercial and exist solely for commerce.
I do not do anything commercial so I have no need for ID.

But here I am prevented from accessing city secretary to pick up an open request form because I do not possess or use commercial identity.

The ID's are legal instruments with legal names of legal person. They do not identify the living man and the living man is not a legal entity.

Once I realized this I immediately quit using anything commercial. This is fraud on so many levels.
