5.6 million residents in Florida have been told to evacuate. 25% of the state's population were told to flee Hurricane Irma. Residents in mobile home parks were told to evacuate but many don't own cars. 540,000 people on the coast were evacuated in Georgia. At least 23 people were killed as the storm crossed the Caribbean.
