Hurricane Irma has blown ashore in the Florida Keys and is expected to be hit by the eye wall soon as the weather intensifies. Flooding is a major concern, with flooding reported as high as two feet in some areas. NBC’s Miguel Almaguer reports for TODAY from Florida City, Florida.
