The dictator of Venezuela is our DPOTW. This leftist rat remixed the song "Despacito" to promote a referendum that would allow him to replace the National Assembly with his own loyalists. His ultimate goal is to rewrite the country's constitution. This video was actually pretty personal. I'm originally from Latin America, so I hate to see my brothers from Venezuela suffer. While the beautiful people of Venezuela starve, this rat is dancing to his own badly remixed song.
