When my husband and I moved to Boca Raton last June, we needed to purchase Medigap and prescription coverage for Medicare. On top of moving and retiring, navigating this ourselves was overwhelming. We went to see Bill who was amazing. First, he's a really nice guy who is incredibly knowledgeable. He's also great at explaining things that are baffling (to me anyway). He was thorough and encouraged questions (really important to me that someone I'm working with is patient and understanding so I don't feel like an annoyance or an idiot!).
